What
is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is a combination of Modern Psychology and Ancient Chinese Acupuncture, but without the use of needles. 

Our bodies have 12 main meridians, that are connected to our major organs, carrying life force energy through them. This energy becomes blocked when we hold on to negative experiences which, in turn, become our triggers, anxiety, chronic symptoms, fears, phobias, grief, cravings, and so much more.

In EFT, we use our fingertips, and while addressing the issue, tap on the acupoints that run along these meridians.

This stimulation sends a calming signal to the amygdala (fight, flight, freeze center) in the brain, allowing the hippocampus to retrieve memories that are at the root of the issue. 

EFT neutralizes the charge around the issue, memory or trauma allowing you to release and let go of what has been causing you distress mentally, physically, and emotionally. It will set you free from what has been holding you back from living your best life!
